Returns

NOTE: We only accept returns for damaged or defective items. If you receive a damaged or defective product, it is essential to inform us as soon as possible so that we can take the appropriate action. In such cases, please contact us at info@avelude.com. Our goal is to get in touch with you within 7 business days to discuss the next steps, which may include a refund or replacement, depending on the situation and our return policy.
Policy Statement Terms:
Both parties acknowledge that their relationship under this Agreement is purely commercial. No consumer protection laws or regulations apply to your transactions.
Refund and Return Policy
You may choose to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, without providing any reason. Once canceled, you have an additional 14 days to return the product(s). Returned products will be fully refunded, excluding the original shipping fees*. However, the cost of returning the item from your location to the online store is your responsibility.
To ensure a successful return, please make sure the product, along with all accessories, gifts, and samples, is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Contact us to initiate the return process. Once we receive the returned product in good condition, we will refund your order within 14 days.
Items Excluded from the Right of Return:
Sealed products. If the seal is broken, these products cannot be returned.
Products made by the seller according to the consumer’s specifications.
Products clearly intended for personal use.
Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
*Shipping fees are only refundable when the entire order is returned.

How Can I Check the Status of My Return?
First, we recommend checking the tracking of your return (if the postal service you chose provided tracking) and looking for an update indicating “Returned,” “Delivered,” “Returned to Warehouse,” or similar. This means your item(s) are back at our warehouse and will be inspected and scanned by our team within 14 days. Don’t worry — we will contact you by email as soon as the return is processed to confirm your refund. Once processed, your refund may take up to 5 days to appear in your account after being released by your bank.
